Combat Illustrated - Featuring Valkyrie & Peacekeeper of For Honor (Issue #1 - 2020)

I really wanted to do something special for my fanbase and For Honor's fanbase, something different from the more baroque, armoured feel that I often do. So, here's a more "modern" interpretation of our beloved female heroes and how they would look in more "sizzled" situations. ahehe
So, in between commissions, I've been inserting some work into this, which I suppose some of you have been able to see the progress of over the past month or so. This took more effort than I expected, but this is a pretty good baseline for the future projects I'd like to endeavour. Composition, proportion, shot, scenery, approach, and the overall energy required to build this was something I'm glad I've been able to assess and take into consideration now that this project is finished. From here, I think the next ones will be much smoother in their execution.
So, yeah. Those were some of the thoughts that I've gathered in designing this. I do hope you enjoy the results. I'll be posting the non-titled/texted versions soon which I'll link in the comments below once they're up. 🙂
